Committa AB respects your privacy and the right to control your personal information. Our guiding principles are simple: we will be transparent about what data we collect and why.

Our processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions arising from the applicable personal data legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, EU 2016/679 (GDPR).

We only work with partners who process personal data within the EU/EEA [or with companies that maintain equivalent protection levels as in the EU/EEA]. Any data transfer complies with GDPR requirements.

Storage and Deletion of Personal Data

We process personal data according to current legislation, ensuring it is not retained longer than necessary. We will store your personal information for as long as you are an active or potential customer, candidate (including subcontractor or job seeker), or partner. If our relationship ceases or it is no longer deemed reasonable to retain the data, we will delete your information. These reviews occur periodically, at least once a year. Unless specifically addressed or with your explicit approval, personal information for inactive relationships is deleted after 3 years of inactivity.

Certain information may be retained longer due to legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act.

When processing and storing personal data, we ensure confidentiality and implement relevant organizational and technical security measures based on the risk and sensitivity of the data.

Personal Data Protection Agreement and Other Applicable Terms

If your personal data processed by us is subject to a representation agreement with your employer or another responsible party, the representation agreement (where appropriate) takes precedence over this policy. In such cases, we process your personal data in accordance with the representation agreement terms. Similarly, if you have registered for any of our services, communications, etc., the terms provided at registration apply.
